• Secure online portal pick up allows a one-time login. Desktop or notebook computer use is required for pick up so applicants may download a pdf copy of their results.
  
• Your attorney can also receive a copy of your FBI rap sheet. This is only available when applying By-Mail, or at Accurate Biometrics locations. Attorneys cannot receive a copy of your FBI rap sheet with the Fingerprint Collection Network applications (requires an additional attorney release letter)
  
• Per FBI requirements, Departmental Order result letters cannot be mailed to a Post Office (PO) box address.
